Job Description:
Zahari Affendi & Partners are seeking a motivated Litigation Associate to join our team and contribute to our commitment to delivering professional legal solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and handle a diverse range of litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, affidavits, and other legal documents.
Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitration, and other dispute resolution forums.
Conduct legal research and provide well-reasoned advice on litigation strategies.
Liaise with clients, senior partners, and external parties to ensure timely and effective case management.
Assist in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Requirements:
Must be called to the Bar and hold a valid practicing certificate.
1–2 years Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in litigation.
Strong analytical, drafting, and advocacy skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
