Job Description:
1. Handling conveyancing matters, with a strong focus on sub-sale transactions;
2. Preparing and managing loan documentation, perfection of transfer, discharge of charge, adjudication, CKHT, and related matters;
3. Liaising with land offices, clients, bank officers, and other relevant parties;
4. Providing secretarial and administrative support to lawyers; and
5. Maintaining proper file management and ensuring all deadlines are met.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 years of working experience in conveyancing (clerk);
2. Good understanding of conveyancing procedures, especially subsale & loan;
3. Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Melayu. Ability to converse in Chinese is an added advantage;
4. Able to work independently and manage multiple files efficiently; and
5. Organised, responsible, and deadline-driven.
