Job Description:
- Familiar with conveyancing procedures, including coordinating preparation loan documentation, state
authority consent applications
- Liaise professionally with clients, bankers, state authorities, and all other relevant parties to ensure
smooth completion of transactions
- Handle correspondences and follow-ups in a timely and efficient manner
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the firm’s conveyancing practice
- Work independently with minimum supervision

Qualifications and Requirements:
- SPM
- Minimum 1 year experience in conveyancing area
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Responsive and responsible work attitude.
- Capable of working independently with a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and integrity
