CONVEYANCING CLERK
1. To handle all other related conveyancing matters such as sub sale, perfection of transfer and charge
2. able to monitor and follow up closely with all the files, attending to client correspondences, report and update to Lawyers

Qualifications and Requirements:
CORPORATE LAWYER
- Candidates should have minimum of 3 years’ experience in related field
- Able to work independently
- Strong desire to learn, committed to work and good working attitude
CONVEYANCING CLERK
- Minimum 1 year working experience
- Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent
- Able to work independently and responsible
- Candidates should have minimum of 3 years’ experience in related field
