Job Description:
Chambering Student (Corporate Practice)
• To assist the Master and other lawyers in corporate and corporate real estate matters, including legal research, review of agreements and transaction documents, legal due diligence exercises and attendance to registrations and procedural requirements.
• To attend to all other tasks as delegated by the Master and the firm.

Corporate Real Estate or Conveyancing Clerk
• Assist lawyers in conveyancing matters
• Prepare and manage conveyancing documentation and files
• Handle clerical assignments
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and duties as and when required



Qualifications and Requirements:
Chambering Student (Corporate Practice)
Requirements / Attributes:
• Demonstrates a keen interest in corporate practice.
• Willing to learn, responsible, and able to carry out tasks assigned with diligence and professionalism.
• Committed to delivering accurate and timely work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).

Corporate Real Estate or Conveyancing Clerk
Requirements/ Attributes:
• With or without experience (1–2 years’ experience preferred)
• Able to follow instructions and work efficiently
• Well-organised and able to work with minimum supervision
• Good working attitude, committed and responsible
