Job Description:
- Experience in conveyancing and can handle end-to-end conveyancing transactions and drafting/ reviewing related agreements for sub-sale, developer project sale, perfection of transfer, and probate matter.
- Experience in banking and able to handle loan matters (including loan for sub-sale and project matter) and refinancing matter.
- To liaise and attend client signing, and liaise with bankers, and various government agencies.
- Maintain proper file management and documentation tracking.
- Perform legal research, drafting and other tasks assigned by partners or senior lawyers.
- Ensure timely completion of transactions and compliance with all statutory requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Possesses Bachelor Degree of Law, LL.B (Hons) and admission to the Malaysian Bar.
- Freshly called to the Bar or 1 year above post-qualification experience (PQE) .
- Competent in drafting agreement and legal research.
- Able to work independently and handle pressure well.
- Solution oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage for interacting with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Freshly called to the Bar or 1 year above post-qualification experience (PQE) .
- Competent in drafting agreement and legal research.
- Able to work independently and handle pressure well.
