Job Description:
1. [MEGAN AVENUE] Conveyancing Lawyer
-familiar with banks’ documentation and portals (knowing SME will be an advantage)
-able to handle sub-sale transaction, loan disbursement and various conveyancing matters
-able to maintain and update file status on operating system.
-to liaise with clients, bankers and various governmental bodies

-to liaise with clients, bankers/ agents, developers and various government bodies
-to handle sub-sales, developer project, loan and other conveyancing matters.
-able to monitor and follow up closely with all the files, attending to client correspondences, preparing status report

Qualifications and Requirements:
1.Conveyancing Lawyer:
-Good communication and drafting skills;
-Minimun 4/5 years experience, specializing in subsale and loan documentation;
-Must possess own transport
-Good interpersonal and interaction skills
-Able to work independently and under minimal supervision
-Must be able to supervise clerks and junior lawyer works
2. Conveyancing Clerk
-minimum 2 years experience
-responsible and dedicated in work
- Computer literate with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good manners, hardworking, responsible, self-motivated, team player with strong problem solving and analytical skills
-Good communication and drafting skills;
-Minimun 4/5 years experience, specializing in subsale and loan documentation;
-Must possess own transport
