Job Description:
1. Junior Conveyancing Lawyer
- Called to the Malaysian Bar and admitted to the High Court of Malaya for year 2026
- Experience 1 to 3 years in conveyancing
- To handle in Conveyancing matters; case involving Subsale, Bank's Loan and LPPSA
- Familiar with loan documentations - Lppsa, Rhb, Mbsb, Bimb, Maybank, Public, Bank Rakyat etc.
- Follow up and update Clients through Whatsapp dan call.
- Follow up with Land Office, Bank, Lhdn through call.
- Able to work independently and to work long hours, work in 1 team
- Possess own transport and willing to travel at anytime for meeting clients
- Responsible, Independent and dedicated to work
- Detail oriented and highly meticulous
- Common sense is priority
- Able to give talk on conveyancing matters

- Responsible and dedicated to work
