Job Description:
[1] Legal Associate (Corporate work)
• To assist lawyer-in-charge in handling corporate commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence, joint ventures and commercial contracts in general.
[2] Pupil / Paralegal / Legal Clerk
• To assist the partners and legal associates in various areas of practice;
• To conduct research on points of law and to draft legal documents;
• To handle general legal and conveyancing work including developers’ projects, subsale and perfection matters and manage conveyancing transactions;
• to attend to conveyancing, general administrative and clerical matters.

Qualifications and Requirements:
[1] Legal Associate (Corporate work)
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a must;
• At least 2 years experience and above in corporate line.
[2] Pupil / Paralegal/ Legal Clerk
•Candidate must have fair amount of ambition to become one of the great lawyers in town (applicable to pupil). Ordinary persons take ordinary efforts while extraordinary persons take extraordinary efforts;
• Possess strong analytical, legal cum market research and communication skills;
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently;
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in other language(s) will be an added advantage.
