General Clerk:

1. Assist in the preparation and processing of conveyancing documents.
2. Liaise and coordinate with clients, real estate agents, banks, and other relevant stakeholders.
3. Maintain proper records and filing systems for ongoing transactions.
4. Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling, data entry, and correspondence.
5. Provide support to the conveyancing team in daily operations.
6. No experience required as long as willing to learn
7. Possess a positive working attitude, responsible, and diligent.
8. Good command of the English Language and Bahasa Malaysia
9. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Attachment /Intern

1. Assist in the preparation and review of conveyancing documents.
2. Conduct legal research related to property and conveyancing matters.
3. Support the team in managing client communications and file administration.
4. Attend meetings and take minutes where required.

1. Relevant qualifications or experience in conveyancing or real estate administration will be an added advantage.
2. Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
3. Good communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with legal research tools.
