Job Description:
CONVEYANCING CLERK:
- Experienced in attending to and managing SPA and loan documentations related to retail and projects.
- Candidates who are able to handle corporate and commercial loans will have an added advantage.
- Independently handling such SPA and loan files from initiation to completion.
- Communicating with clients, banks and government authorities ie Land Office, Stamp Office, LHDN, etc to facilitate smooth transactions
CHAMBERING STUDENT:
- Will be exposed to many areas of legal practice such as conveyancing, litigation, corporate and commercial matters.
- Drafting basic agreements and contracts
- Assisting with proofreading, filing and liaising with clients, including financial institutions and government authorities such as Land Office, Stamp Office, LHDN etc

Qualifications and Requirements:
CONVEYANCING CLERK:
- Minimum 3 years working experience on SPA and loan documentations related to retail and projects.
- Minimum SPM, Diploma in Legal Studies or equivalent qualification
- Candidates with particular corporate and commercial banking experience will have an added advantage.
- Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Office, be able to work independently, should be well-organized, responsible and able to multitask.
- Applicants must possess good written & verbal communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
CHAMBERING STUDENT:
- LLB Degree/ Certificate of Legal Practice
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Applicants should be highly motivated with good work attitude and discipline
- Able to start immediately
