Job Description:
1) Able to draft Subsale Sale & Purchase Agreement independently and handle the file from beginning until handover VP/Legal Possession.
2) Familiar with Loan Documentation for panel bank.
3) With at least 2 years experience and above in conveyancing line.
4) To support and assist partners.
