Job Description:
1. BANKING & CONVEYANCING LAWYER
To handle banking loan documentation, sub-sale, SPA and other conveyancing matters.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in handling retail loan documentation, project SPA, sub-sale and other conveyancing matters.
- Familiar with HIMS system.
- Possess valid practicing certificate for the current year.
- Language proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and/or other Chinese dialect.
- Able to start work immediately or on a short notice.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
2. PA to MANAGING PARTNER
Responsibilities:
• To provide high level confidential secretarial support to the Managing Partner.
• Assist the Managing Partner in filing and record keeping of confidential and private documents.
• Provide assistance in dealing with all correspondences, drafting message and emails to a high standard, communicating with internal parties and external business partners and other administrative tasks as required to support Managing Partner from time to time.
• Attend meetings and taking minutes of meetings.
• Act on the instruction of the Managing Partner in the matters related to staff management
• Carry out all the duties with complete discretion and a high regard for confidentiality.
• Attend to the signing of legal documentation at client offices.
Job Requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• At least 3 years working experience in a similar position
• Highly executive and detail minded
• Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is required. Ability to converse in other languages or Chinese dialects will be advantageous.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Available to start immediately.
3. CHAMBERING STUDENT
-Good verbal & written communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional language proficiency in other Chinese dialects is an added advantage.
-Available to start immediately.
