Job Description:
Conveyancing Legal Associates
1. Manage conveyancing files from A–Z, including land transactions and complex matters.
2. Draft, review & complete SPAs, loan documentation (panel banks), discharge/DRR, POT/POC
3. Liaise with clients, bankers, agents, developers & authorities to drive timely completion.
4. Handle files independently with minimal supervision and support/assist Partner as needed.

2. Maintain checklists, diarise timelines, track KIV items, update stakeholders, and ensure compliance.
3. Handle files independently and support/assist Partner as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:
-minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Solid knowledge of land office processes, stamping/adjudication, CKHT Filing & registrations.
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
- Meticulous, proactive, and deadline‑driven.
