Job Description:
Litigation Lawyer

• Handle general litigation and dispute resolution matters, including managing files.
• Conduct legal research and draft cause papers, pleadings, submissions, affidavits, and other court documents.
• Attend case management, hearings, and court proceedings at all levels of the Malaysian courts.
• Prepare status reports and provide updates to partners and clients.
• Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, court officers, and relevant authorities.
• Assist partners in trial preparation and conduct of trials where required.
• Perform any other duties or legal work assigned by the Firm from time to time.

Chambering Student (Litigation)
- Will be exposed to many areas of legal practice such as litigation, corporate litigation and commercial matters.
- Assist Partners/Legal Assistant in cause papers, trial preparation and conduct of trials where required.


Qualifications and Requirements:
Litigation Lawyer

•Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) and admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Malaysian Bar with a valid practising certificate.
• 0-1 PQE Experience
•Strong drafting, analytical, and legal research skills with attention to detail.
•Able to work independently, manage tight deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
•Diligent, responsible, reliable, and committed with a good working attitude.
•Good written and verbal communication skills.
•Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

CHAMBERING STUDENT:
- LLB Degree/ Certificate of Legal Practice
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Applicants should be highly motivated with good work attitude and discipline
- Able to start immediately
