Job Description:
1. To attend court for case management, hearing, trials and meetings for civil general litigation matters;
2. To monitor all files closely and liaise with all relevant parties from time to time;
3. To conduct legal research and to draft cause papers, submissions and legal opinions;
4. Able to comply with instruction and responsible to meet deadlines;
5. High commitment to complete assigned task and to learn;
6. Basic conveyancing knowledge is added advantage.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Must have strong command of language in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be an added
advantage);
2. Preferred minimum 1 year PQE experience of handling general litigation matters such as debt
recovery,contractual, tenancy disputes, probate and letters of administration matters etc;
3. Good research skills & able to work on tasks with minimal supervision;
4. Good work ethics such as punctuality, willingness to learn;
5. Hardworking and willing to OT when need, possess attention to details & a team player;
6. Must possess own transport
