Job Description:
• Lead and support the drafting, structuring, review, and negotiation of complex transaction documents for domestic and cross-border mergers & acquisitions, private equity investments, and joint ventures.
• Advise on and manage transactional execution, including coordinating with clients, counterparties, regulators, and multidisciplinary advisors across jurisdictions.
• Prepare submissions to regulatory authorities, including prospectuses and offering documents for initial public offerings (IPOs) and other capital markets exercises.
• Conduct and oversee comprehensive legal due diligence exercises and advise on regulatory, compliance, and corporate governance matters.

• Draft and deliver high-quality legal opinions, transaction summaries, and client advisories on complex and evolving legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Support business development initiatives, including contributing to client pitches, thought leadership, and the development of practice know-how.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Senior Associate: Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in Corporate & Capital Markets.
• Associate: 1–2 years’ PQE in Corporate & Capital Markets.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and a team player.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Professional integrity, strong work ethic, and a positive, collaborative attitude.
• Associate: 1–2 years’ PQE in Corporate & Capital Markets.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and a team player.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Professional integrity, strong work ethic, and a positive, collaborative attitude.
