Job Description:
You are to handle all conveyancing and court matters including but not limited to:-
(i) handling of all loans whether Conventional or Islamic or Retail or Corporate;
(ii) handling of all sales and purchase transactions whether Sub-sales or purchase from Developers;
(iii) handling of all court matters, eg. Probate/Letters of Administration, Divorce, attending to Case Management/Hearing and any matters incidental thereto;
(iv) corresponding, attending and communicating with clients, bankers and various government bodies;
(v) preparation of status report; and
(vi) any other works assigned to you by the Firm from time to time.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Law Degree with the accreditation of CLP or BAR
