Job Description:
LEGAL ASSOCIATE - CORPORATE
•To assist partner-in-charge in handling corporate commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence, joint ventures and commercial contracts in general.
•To assist partner-in-charge in handling corporate banking related works, including construction financing, project financing and financing of real property acquisition.
LEGAL ASSOCIATE - CONVEYANCING
•To assist partner-in-charge in handling conveyancing matters, including projects, sub sales, perfections, loans and tenancies matters.
•Ability to work as a team and with minimum supervision.
•To assist partner-in-charge in handling corporate commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence, joint ventures and commercial contracts in general.
•To assist partner-in-charge in handling corporate banking related works, including construction financing, project financing and financing of real property acquisition.

Qualifications and Requirements:
a) Processes a valid practicing certificate.
b) Experience in relevant field preferred but not essential. Training and guidance will be provided by the firm.
c) Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
d) Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
e) Able to work independently and handle matters with minimum supervision.
f) A team worker and an initiative-seeker.
g) Diligent, self-motivated, responsible and willing to take on new challenges.
h) Pleasant, friendly and able to get along with others.

We focus on banking, both commercial and consumer, land and conveyancing matters, Government funded loans, leasing and tenancies of properties, sale & purchase of real estate and joint-ventures.
