Job Description:
Construction Litigation
1. To support Partner in Litigation managing construction litigation cases, including CIPAA adjudication, court litigation, International and Domestic Arbitration
2. Knowledge of construction law is an added advantage
3. Attend case management and hearings and assist in trials and arbitrations
4. Drafting letters, legal opinions, pleadings, cause papers and submissions within short deadlines with minimal supervision.
5. Maintain effective communication with clients, providing timely updates and clear explanations of complex legal issues.
Conveyancing
1. Handling conveyancing matters including perfection of transfer & charge matter, discharge of charge, Sale & Purchase Agreements, loan documentation, and related matters
2. Attending to clients for signing
3. Liaising with banks, developers, agents and other relevant authorities
4. Monitoring files and ensuring timely completion of transactions
5. Updating clients of the status of file

Qualifications and Requirements:
Construction Litigation
1. Recently admitted to the bar or up to 3 years of experience.
2. Possess Law Degree with valid Practicing Certificate or Bar Vocational Course.
3. Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (for communication with China’s client).
4. Possess own transport and be willing to travel.
Convenyancing
1. Recently admitted to the Bar or candidates with minimum of 1–2 years of experience in conveyancing are encouraged to apply
2. Able to work independently and meet deadlines
3. Meticulous, Responsible, diligent and willing to learn
4. Must be willing to travel when required
5. Must be able to attend to signing on weekends when necessary
