Job Description:
1. Litigation Associate (Lawyer)
- PQE 2 years and above
- to handle litigation matters (primarily on strata and housing development disputes)
- will have various interlocutory applications and injunctive relief to work on
- general litigation (defamation, debt recovery, land dispute, employment, tort of negligence)
2. Conveyancing Associate (Lawyer)
(PQE 1-2 years)
1. To handle developer project work
2. To handle sub sale
3. To handle loan docs
4. To handle tenancy agreements
5. To assist in complex enbloc sale;
6. To assist in Lease, easements, charge
- PQE 2 years and above
