Job Description:
1) Able to handle sub-sale conveyancing files and bank loan documentation independently.
2) Familiar with LHDN online adjudication and general conveyancing documentation.
3) Experience in project and sub-sale loans, refinancing, Perfection of Transfer (POT), Perfection of Charge (POC), and Discharge of Charge.
4) Knowledge in low-cost properties, leasehold transactions, and State Authority / Foreigner consent matters is an advantage.
5) Able to manage files within timeline and provide regular status updates.
