Job Description:
To handle & complete corporate OR conveyancing OR commercial OR litigation matters (Subsale, Project, Commercial Loan, Perfection, Discharge/DRR, M&A, Due Diligence etc).
1. Able to handle projects & sub-sale cases from A-Z with minimum supervision.
2. Experience in handling conveyancing matters pertaining to Retail, Project or Commercial Loan & SPA documentation from A-Z with minimum supervision.
3. Able to handle loan documentation for sub-sale, project, perfection, discharge/DRR & all other conveyancing matters.
4. Hardworking, responsible and committed to work.
5. Able to work efficiently and independently(not applicable for CHAMBERING STUDENT position), and able to work as a team.
6. Willing to learn, able to handle stress well & complete tasks within the timeline.
7. Having good communication skills and a positive attitude.
8. Able to converse in English and Bahasa Melayu language, Mandarin is an advantage.
9. Immediate availability is preferable.
10. Attractive remuneration package.
11. Able to travel outstation.
12. For admin, handle administrative works related to conveyancing

(1) Junior Corporate OR Conveyancing Associate: Min 1 year of experience in retail/project/commercial conveyancing or corporate field
(2) Senior Corporate OR Conveyancing Clerk: Min 7 years of experience in retail/project/commercial conveyancing field
(3) Junior Corporate OR Conveyancing Clerk: Min 3 years of experience in retail/project/commercial conveyancing field
(4) Chambering Studen/Intern: Experienced in litigation/retail/project/commercial conveyancing & corporate and commercial is preferable
(5) Admin: Interest in administrative works related to conveyancing
