Job Description:
CONVEYANCING LAWYER

- ⁠Lawyers with at least 1 year of conveyancing experience may apply

- ⁠Competitive salary with proper remuneration

- To assist partners in related conveyancing matters from the initial stage towards completion.

- Be punctual in attendance to matters and physical presence such as document signing with clients.

- To monitor file management.

- To handle sub-sales, loan documents, project, discharge, perfection of charge, perfection of transfer and conveyancing matters.

- Experience in handling conveyancing works especially in Direct Purchase, Sub-Sales, Perfection of Transfer & Charge and Loan documentations with various banks.

- Able to handle from initial stage to completion of files.

- Liaise with clients, banks, and government authorities (Registrar of Titles, Stamp Office, LHDN, etc.).

- Perform comprehensive legal research.



LITIGATION LAWYER

- To attend to all Litigation matters;

- Able to attend Court matters independently, skilled drafting, preparing cause papers, e-filing.

- Perform comprehensive legal research.

- Good interpersonal skills, able to multi-task, work under pressure within tight deadlines.

- To attend to Clients and other legal works assigned by the Firm.

- Responsible, self-motivated, meticulous and have an analytical mind.

- ⁠Freshly called to the bar and experienced lawyers may apply

- ⁠Competitive salary with proper remuneration.



ADMIN CUM ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

- Handle daily administrative and office operations

- Assist in preparation of invoices, receipts, and payment records

- Perform basic bookkeeping and accounts reconciliation

- Monitor accounts payable and receivable

- Liaise with clients, vendors, and relevant parties

- Assist in billing matters and follow up on outstanding payments

- Support preparation of financial and administrative reports

- Ensure smooth coordination of day-to-day office activities

- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned



Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3 - 4 years of relevant working experiences
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and can work under pressure for handling multi-files.
- Able to converse in English and Malay. (Mandarin will be an added advantage)
