Job Description:
(a) To assist lawyers in preparing and attending to legal documentation, correspondences, etc involving sub-sales, developer project, loan, discharge, perfection of transfer and other conveyancing matters.
(b) To handle client communications, including phone calls, emails, and meetings.
(c) To monitor and follow up closely the progress of the files, preparing status report and other types of work assigned by the lawyers from time to time.
(d) To organize legal files, both physical and electronic.
(e) To assist with billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks for conveyancing files.
(f) To coordinate with external parties (e.g. clients, developers, banks, LHDN, ;and offices, etc).

Qualifications and Requirements:
(a) SPM, diploma or equivalent.
(b) Minimum 1-2 years working experience.
(c) Literate in Microsoft Office & PDF.
(d) Good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English.
(e) Good organizational skill & time management, discipline & hardworking.
(f) Able to join immediately.
