Job Description:
Legal Associate (Corporate & General Litigation)'s Key Responsibilities:
- Corporate: Drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, providing regulatory advice, and assisting with corporate secretarial matters or transactions.
- Litigation: Handling a diverse portfolio of general litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, and representing clients in court.
- Client Management: Acting as the lead contact for clients, providing strategic legal updates, and managing expectations throughout the legal process.
- File Management: Taking full responsibility for files from inception to completion with minimal supervision.

Accounting Clerk's Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a reliable and organized individual to manage our firm’s daily accounts and office operations. You will be the main point of contact for financial records, payments, and general office coordination.
- Billing & Payments: Prepare invoices, receipts, and staff claims. Handle online banking (MBB/PBB) for office expenses and government payments (LHDN, Land Office, etc.).
- Bookkeeping: Perform daily data entry into Excel for all incoming/outgoing funds.
- Record Keeping: Organize and digitalize (scan/file) all financial documents. Liaise with our external accountant for monthly submissions.
- Office Admin: Coordinate with banks, vendors (couriers, suppliers), and government bodies. Handle document binding and filing.
- Follow-ups: Monitor outstanding payments and send polite reminders to clients.
