Senior Associate:
Relevant experience in all types of corporate, commercial, and property conveyancing matters.
Office Manager:
Responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office and supporting lawyers and staff.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Senior Associate:
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in corporate, commercial and property conveyancing law
Experience in handling transactions independently with minimal supervision
Good and meticulous drafting, analytical and negotiation skills
Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Office Manager:
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience
Prior experience working in a legal firm will be an added advantage
Well-versed in payroll administration, including computation and submission of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB
Accounting background, including handling basic accounts, billing and financial records
Experience or knowledge in e-invoicing systems and related compliance
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage.
