Job Description:
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Dispute Resolution team.
- Prepare, format and manage legal documents such as cause papers, pleadings, affidavits, submissions, and correspondence.
- Handle court filings (e-filing systems), monitor deadlines, and ensure compliance with court procedures and timelines.
- Maintain and organise physical and electronic case files, ensuring proper documentation and record keeping.
- Liaise with courts, clients, opposing counsel, and relevant authorities on administrative matters.


Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a legal firm, preferably in litigation/dispute resolution.
- Familiarity with court procedures and e-filing systems (e.g., Malaysian courts’ e-Filing system) is an advantage.
- Experience with practice and document management systems (e.g. Core Matter, iManage) is an advantage
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
