Job Description:
Position: Legal Associate (Litigation or Conveyancing)
-Handle litigation or conveyancing matters and provide analytical support on assigned files
-Manage and oversee files independently, ensuring timely progress and compliance
-Liaise with clients, court officials, and other relevant parties
Assist counsel in preparation for hearings and trials
Position: Chambering Student
-Assist solicitors in litigation matters, including drafting cause papers, pleadings, affidavits, and legal correspondence
Attend court proceedings, case managements, and hearings under supervision
-Support work in conveyancing, corporate matters, and contract drafting to gain exposure across practice areas
-Conduct legal research on statutes, case law, and procedural rules, and prepare research notes or memoranda
-Assist in preparing briefs to counsel and matters related to briefing out
-Review and analyse documents, agreements, and correspondence as part of file management

Qualifications and Requirements:

-Called to the Malaysian Bar
-Independent, proactive, and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
-Committed and able to work with minimal supervision
-Fluent in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
-Diligent with strong research, analytical, and drafting skills
Position: Chambering Student
-Law graduate with a strong interest in litigation and general practice
-Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to learning
-Fluent in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
-Diligent with good research, analytical, and drafting skills
-Called to the Malaysian Bar
-Independent, proactive, and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
-Committed and able to work with minimal supervision
