Job Description:
ADMIN CLERK

1. Freshies are recommended to apply, No experience is required
2. Minimum qualification: SPM / Form 5
3. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)


CONVEYANCING STAFF

1. To handle sub-sales/ project/ loan/ and all other conveyancing related matters
2. To prepare and attending to legal documents relating to conveyancing.
3. Candidates are responsible to liaise with clients, bankers, agents, developers and various government bodies.
4. Able to handle and/or manage various general conveyancing


Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in handling conveyancing
2. Diligent, responsible and strong communication skill as well
as good work ethics.
3. Strong analytical and drafting skills and who are detail oriented
4. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
5. Good spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia
6. Able to commence work as soon as possible will be an
added advantage.
