Job Description:
1. Legal Clerk
- Prepare, format, proofread, and amend legal documents and correspondence (e.g., letters, agreements, affidavits, submissions).
- Assist in preparing and collating bundles of documents for court hearings or client meetings.
- Organize and meticulously maintain physical and digital case files.
- Handle e-filing (e-Kehakiman) and manual filing of court documents.
- Monitor key dates, deadlines, and court diary.
2. General Office Administration / Secretarial Support:
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, scanning, photocopying, and filing.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, as well as courier services.
- Maintain and order office supplies, pantry items, and manage office equipment.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as preparing payment vouchers or disbursement claims.
- Handle reception duties as needed, greeting clients and visitors.
-Provide full secretarial and administrative support to the Partners and/or lawyers.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work independently, with a strong sense of diligence, punctuality, and trustworthiness.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail (meticulous).
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Must be able to maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Immediate availability or short notice period will be considered favorably.
