Job Description:
(1) SALARIED PARTNER– CONVEYANCING & CORPORATE
(a) Real Estate Transactions (Conveyancing)
• Oversee and manage residential, commercial, project,
and sub-sale conveyancing matters.
• Advise clients on sale and purchase agreements, loan
documentation, and property-related transactions.
• Supervise conveyancing lawyers and clerks to ensure
compliance and efficiency.
• Liaise with developers, bankers, property agents, and
relevant authorities (Land Office, LHDN, Stamp Office).
(b) Commercial & Corporate (M&A & Pre-IPO)
• Advise on corporate and commercial transactions,
including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and
restructurings.
• Lead due diligence exercises and negotiate transaction
documents.
• Advise clients preparing for Pre-IPO, corporate
governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft and review shareholders and agreements,
investment agreements, and corporate documentation.
(2) ACCOUNTS MANAGER
• Oversee daily accounting operations, including general
ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate
internal and external audits.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial controls.
• Supervise, train, and mentor accounting staff.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to
support management decision-making.
• Improve accounting processes and internal controls when
necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements:
(1) SALARIED PARTNER
• Possess an LLB and is a qualified Advocate & Solicitor in
Malaysia.
• Solid post-qualification experience in the relevant practice
area.
• Strong leadership, file management, and client-handling
capabilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in
a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication
skills.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin and/
Cantonese is an advantage).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in practice
growth and long-term collaboration.
• Attractive remuneration for the right candidate.
(2) ACCOUNTS MANAGER
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related
field
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA is
an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, with
at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation,
statutory requirements, and audit processes.
• Proficient in accounting software and advanced Microsoft
Excel.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
