- Handling conveyancing matters such as sub-sale, developer cases, loan documents, banking security documents inclusive corporate loan and consumer and other ad-hoc general duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Conveyancing Clerk
- SPM or Diploma
- With or without experience
- Quick learner & multitasking
2. Paralegal
- With or without experience
- Able to start work immediately or on short notice
- Committed, hardworking, responsible and independent individual with strong communication skill as well as good work ethics;
