Qualifications and Requirements:
LAWYER :
* Minimum 2-3 years PQE in the Corporate and Capital markets.
* Self-motivated, meticulous and independent whilst possessing team spirit.
* Have a strong command of English language and good interpersonal skills.
* Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
PUPIL :
* Candidates must have interest in the practice areas of Corporate, Capital Markets and Fund Asset Management.
* Candidates must be self-motivated, meticulous, dedicated, committed and
have interest in working in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
* Candidates must have strong command of English language and good interpersonal skills.
* Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law (second class honours) with completion of BPTC / CLP examination.
