Job Description:
Legal Clerk (litigation):-
i. Minimum of 5 years experience in litigation, preferably in small to mid-sized firms
ii. Able to work independently with minimum supervision
iii. Must exercise strict discretion when handling with confidential information.
iv. Familiar with EFS.
v. Experienced in preparing and filling:
-Records of Appeal;
-Bundle of Authorities;and
-able to maintain and update running files efficiently
II. Pupil in Chambers:
i. Bright candidate with strong academic skills.
ii. Motivated and responsible
iii. Has a can-do attitude
iv. Had proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
v. Computer literate
vi. Passion for law
