Job Description:
• To assist lawyers in all banking and civil litigation matters.
• Able to work independently.
• Possesses good knowledge of banking litigation, particularly foreclosure matters.
• Familiar with the court e-filing system.
• Able to follow strict timelines, maintain a diary, and be attentive to deadlines.
• Able to maintain proper administration of files and correspondence.
• Able to attend to other legal and administrative work assigned by the Firm from time to time.
• Able to work independently.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
• Computer-savvy and very familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel mail merge.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Possesses good time management skills and can complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (knowledge of Chinese will be an added advantage)
