Job Description:
Commercial Litigation Lawyer
PQE - 0 to 3 years post qualification experience.
Good research, drafting and opinion-writing skills.
Detail-oriented, independent and with a good working attitude.
Good communication and writing skills both in English and
Bahasa Malaysia.
Applicants who are available immediately or within short notice
will have an added advantage.
Matrimonial, Probate and Trusts Litigation Lawyer
• PQE – 2-3 years experience.
• Good research, drafting and opinion-writing skill.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Meticulous and responsible, with a good working attitude.
• Good communication and writing skills both in English
and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Ability to speak Mandarin will be an advantage.
Corporate Secretary
1) With at least 2 years portfolio in Corporate & Commercial
files.
2) Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese (optional).
3) Have knowledge in Corematter, Imanage, einvoicing and
LHDN stamping fee
4) Able to work independently, is diligent, punctual and
trustworthy.
5) Able to complete all the tasks in the given timeline with the
minimum supervision.
6) Assisting in other tasks as assigned by partner/associates.
