Job Description:
Litigation Lawyer:
1. Drafting court cause papers, pleadings and submissions competently.
2. To conduct full trial and appeals;
3. Preparing legal opinions, conducting research on all legal
and related matters within a time line;
4. Prepare status reports and update to superior and clients;
5. To attend clients and other works assigned by the firm from time to time.
6. To handle civil, corporate and tax litigation files.
Conveyancing Lawyer:
1. Preparing, drafting, analysing and reviewing numerous agreements, e.g business contracts and acquisition agreements of commercial properties.
2. Attending clients and other works assigned by the form from time to time.
3. Draft and/or review various legal documents/contracts, including agreements, correspondences and any other documents in relation to property conveyancing, corporate and commercial transactions;
4. Conduct legal research and to keep abreast of new laws and regulations applicable and advises on any potential legal issues/risks arising therefrom;

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Must posses a Bachelor Degree in Law with qualified practicing certificates or equivalent (or litigation background);
2. Minimum 2 years and above of experience in the related field is required for this position.
