Job Description:
Conveyancing LAWYER & Conveyancing CLERK
- 5 years minimum experience
- Min. SPM/O Level (Practicing Certificate for Lawyers)
- Able and/or willing to handle matters ranging from Developers work, sub-sales & loan documentation
- Have good working attitude and willing to learn and take on all tasks assigned
- Able to complete any task/file given within the stipulated time in order to avoid any late penalty
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Must be customer oriented and able to give best service to all clients
- Able to liaise and maintain a good working relationship with clients, bank officers and property agents
- Have good computer and typing skills
- Able to work under stressful conditions
- Must be responsible and accountable to all work done
- Able to speak in Mandarin/Cantonese (preferably)
- Possess own vehicle
- Attractive salary commensurate with experience plus other benefits
