. Handle all conveyancing matters including but not limited to:
. Preparation of S&P and related documents and letters
. Preparation of Loan Documentation and familiar with bank
Portal System
. MOT (14A) - preparation, adjudication and
presentation
. Charge (16A) - preparation and presentation
. Deed of Assignment (Transfer)
. Deed of Receipt and Reassignment
. Discharge of Charge (16N)
. Preparation of Consent to Charge or Transfer
. Transmission
. Revocation of Power of Attorney
Qualifications and

. Education: SPM/STPM/Diploma
. Year of Experiance: 3 years and above
. Skills: Computer literate with Microsoft Word and Excel
. Proficient in both written and verbal communication skills in
English and Bahasa Malaysia
. Self motivated and result oriented
. Meticulous with high degree of accuracy and attention to
details.
