Job Description:
-Assists lawyers with the preparation of sales & purchase agreements and to handle conveyancing matters (mainly sub-sales agreements);
- Possess excellent knowledge of Conveyancing matters;
- With strong analytical and drafting skills;
- Able to draft spa agreements independently;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and with good discipline;
- Ability to work as a team, willing to learn;
- Follow up with clients and update file status;
- Liaise with all relevant parties including clients, other lawyers, banks, developers;
- Conduct basic secretarial/administrative tasks;
- Attend to clients’ inquiries via phones or email;
- Prepare case files & status reports;
- Possess excellent knowledge of Conveyancing matters;

- Able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Punctual and time conscious;
- Strong sense of responsibility and initiative;
- Great interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality;
- Be willing to learn and take initiative for self-improvement;
- Good organisational skills, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision;
- Able to work independently and in a team;
- 3-5 years’ experience in Conveyancing matters;
- Possess own transport;
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
- Able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and meet deadlines;
