CONVEYANCING CLERK/ LAWYER
To draft SPA/ Loan Agreements and other documents relating to conveyancing matters (for sub-sale, project
case & etc)
- from initial stage to completion

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience and above in handling conveyancing matter such as SPA & banking matter
(Consumer/Commercial)
- Able to work under pressure and complete assigned work
within deadlines
- Good working attitude, diligent, hardworking, reliable, responsible and commitment to job responsibilities
and
meticulous with details
- Able to multitask and prioritise daily workload
- A good team player and interpersonal skill, able to work independently with minimum supervision
(Consumer/Commercial)
- Able to work under pressure and complete assigned work
