Qualifications and Requirements:
1. For position Senior Associate/Associate
Candidates should have the following criteria:
o Called to the Malaysian Bar
o 3-5 years' post qualification experience
o Experience in Corporate Finance and M&A is an advantage
o Excellent drafting and research skills
o Demonstrates sound legal knowledge, initiative and confidence
o A team player and ability to work with minimum supervision
o Excellent command of English (both written and spoken)
2. For position Conveyancing Staff
Job Description:
o Manage projects SPA, sub-sale, loan, tenancy, lease, discharge of charge, deed of receipt and reassignment, perfection of transfer and charge files
o Prepare all the land office forms, CKHT and other conveyancing related documents
o Assist lawyers during project launches
o Open files and prepare invoices
o Report to the partner in charge directly
o Other conveyancing related works
Job Requirements:
o Minimum 6 years' relevant experience in conveyancing
o Ability to work with minimum supervision and adhering to deadline
o Preferably candidates who can start work immediately
