We are a full services law firm with regional affiliations and membership of a global network.
We are looking for a Conveyancing Clerk & Legal Associates (Conveyancing) who will work directly under the Partner / Head of the Conveyancing Department.
The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of work and is expected to discharge his/her duties and responsibilities as a competent and diligent Advocate and Solicitor.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum requirement of 3 years’ experience in Conveyancing Practices.
Main responsibilities will include the following:
1. To assist Partner in Conveyancing cases (subsales);
2. Taking instructions from clients, drafting Sales & Purchase Agreement;
3. Handling and managing POT & POC, discharge of loan files with minimal supervision;
4. To exercise diligence over property related matters;
5.Able to handle loan documentations;
6. Able to comply with instruction, handle pressure well & a team player.
Main responsibilities will include the following:
