Job Description:
to handle the general tasks assigned by the Firm
- answering phone calls
- attend to walk in clients
- administrative works such as photocopy, scan & print office documents etc
- arrange for outgoing mail/document delivery by despatch or courier service
- any other duties as may be reasonably expected and required by the Firm which commensurate with the level or post

Qualifications and Requirements:
- with SPM qualification
- good communication skills
- computer literate - Microsoft Office (Words & Excel)
- preferably min 1 year of working experience in the related field
