Job Description:
For the position of Conveyancing Lawyer
-at least 2 years experience in conveyancing works
-Able to work independently with minimum supervision
-Able to handle multiple tasks at any one given time and to complete tasks entrusted within the requisite time
For the position of Chambering Student
-good in Case research
-possess own Transport
-has interest in both conveyancing and litigation work
-Potential to become LA and subsequently Partner of the Firm
For the position of Conveyancing Clerk
-experience handling Subsale Agreement, Sale and Purchase Agreement, Tenancy Agreement Lease
-experience handling Projects
-familiar with loan/financing documentation from various Banks/Financiers
-responsible for liaising with Developers, clients, bankers and lawyers
-at least 2 years experience in conveyancing works
