Job Description:
Legal Associate (Commercial and Conveyancing):
To handle independently conveyancing matters including sale and purchase, loan and refinancing, and assisting Partners in drafting of commercial contracts and written opinion.
Legal Associate (Litigation):
To handle independently litigation matters including debt recovery cases, general litigation and corporate commercial litigation, and conducting research.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1) 1 to 3 years PQE
2) Responsible, Responsive, Meticulous and Able to work independently
3) Fluent in BM and English (written and verbal)
4) Familiar with loan documentation (*Applicable for Legal Associate (Commercial and Conveyancing) only)
5) Able to handle case management / hearing independently (*Applicable for Legal Associate (Litigation) only)
6) Able to start immediately is an added advantage
