LITIGATION LAWYER
Job Description:
-To handle Litigation matter (Bodily Injury Claims, Third Party Property Damage)
-Be able to attend clients and represents clients in court cases and other kinds of adversarial legal proceedings
-Prepare cause papers, bundle of documents, record of appeal and etc
-Prepare case & status reports
-Attend or assist Senior LA and or Partners in mediation, hearings, settlement, trial and etc
-Preferably with 4-5 year of experience

Job Description:
-Preparing letters and legal documents; answering / screening telephone calls and taking down messages (when necessary)
-Scheduling appointments
-Maintain an efficient filing system, administrating & monitoring work schedules
-Liaising with clients, court clerk or registrar and/or other law firms on court dates, filing / extraction of court documents, etc
- Any other duties/responsibilities as instructed
- Preparing status reports (monthly cases)
-Preparing litigation cause papers/court documents as instructed by the lawyer
-Preparing files for court
-Proactive in executing tasks. Up to date with work being assigned
-Able to work independently with minimum supervision
-Able to listen to and take instructions and execute instructions in a timely manner.
