Job Description:
Conveyancing Clerk:
Able to work independently for sub-sale loan / SPA documentation independently.
At least with 3 years of experience in handling sub-sale conveyancing files.
Expected to liaise with clients (including banks) and government authorities i.e. Register of Titles, Stamp Office, LHDN etc.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu is a must.
Chambering Student:
Qualified under Legal Profession Act to commerce their Pupillage.
Strong work ethics and positive working attitude.
Legal research and prepare simple writs.
Multi-tasking and committed to learn.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a must.

Conveyancing Clerk:
With at least 3 years portfolio in Conveyancing Sub-sales file.
Familiar with Loan Documentation for our panel bank such as CIMB, PBB, UOB, RHB, OCBC etc.
Able to converse in English and Bahasa Melayu languages (Mandarin will be an extra advantage).
Have a good attitude and accountability towards the position.
Able to complete all the tasks in the given timeline with the minimum supervision.
