Job Description:
Conveyancing Clerical Staff:-
- Assist Conveyancing Solicitors handling legal documents.
- To liaise with clients, developers, bankers, and various government bodies
- To perform any other work as when required.
Receptionist: -
- Answer incoming calls, determine the purpose of callers and forward calls to appropriate personnel and departments.
- Collect, sort, distribute and prepare correspondence, mails, messages and courier deliveries.
- Attend to daily clerical works.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Possess good computer knowledge

2. With minimum 2 years in general conveyancing and with experience in handling preparation of loan or charge documentation for various Bank
3. Meticulous, committed and diligent
